GOING VOGUE

So VOGUE calls us the other week and says,
'Hey Alix & Claire,
want to come to our office and sell your wares?'
and we were like,
'Yea, O.K.,  we will travel there'
and off we went to Hanover Square:

(How we got past the front door, we'll never know)

And after we left VOGUE house,
(though the surroundings were very pretty, it was a little hard to breathe up there, to be honest)
we trotted down Jermyn Street with the remains of our sweet TEDDIES in our baskets.
And even though we were running pretty low on the things, we bagged ourselves some new customers on the street.

And can you blame them for being enchanted?
We would buy pretty much anything if Fouché told us to.
(we think its the hair, so brilliantly blonde)
Those Teddie Shorts sell like hotcakes, babycakes.

Rupert chose a Red Liberty print Teddie
For his darling wife,
(though he would be dashing in them too, we are sure)

We're hustling Vogue House and the gentlemen of Jermyn Street-
better watch out, you're next to get your bottom into Teddies bambino.

THE HOME OF BOHEMIA

We've spent a week (which felt like the longest winter of our lives) packing up every button, bit of thread and fabric scrap we own in old West London.
Our sources whispered about a workspace East- (we don't mind where we sleep but where we sew is a different story)
And so we lept across town in a caravan of sorts, and  plunked all of our worldly possessions into our new studio.
A new home for Bohemia, for Panier and Alix & Claire.

Unpacking was a total bummer, but we were more excited than kids on Christmas,
(hey-ho Shoreditch, we're HERE!)
So we got stuck in properly like pigs in mud to bring it together.

If we needed a break from the monotony of making house, we contented ourselves with one of the views. Roof Terrace or Park? (Oh so spoiled are we)

WE'VE GOT AN AWFUL LOT OF STUFF.
BELOW, FEATHERS COLLECTED FROM IRELAND, A HAND CARVED FROM GRAPHITE AND A PORTRAIT OF OUR GRANDMOTHER:

We're still unsure of how it all happened.
But we learned a long time ago not to question the universe.
(We just dress up and show up and go with it)
A week ago we were practically homeless
(in the most romantic sense of course!)
and now we have a new HQ.
(Wahoo)

Our offices are open for bohemian business and other antics.
